These terms govern your use of RepairBot, provided by byAkbar, Inc., doing business as RepairBot ("RepairBot," "we"). By using RepairBot, directly or through an AI assistant such as Meta Muse, you agree to them.

What RepairBot does

RepairBot sends repair quotes and places callback calls on behalf of independent repair shops. The shop, not RepairBot, performs the repair and is responsible for its prices, availability, workmanship, and warranty.

Quotes

Quotes come from the shop's own price list and are estimates. The final price is set by the shop after it inspects your device.

Using an AI assistant

If you connect RepairBot to an AI assistant, you authorize it to request quotes and bookings for you. You are responsible for the requests your assistant makes on your behalf.

Shop accounts

Shops must provide accurate prices and business details, keep login credentials secure, and have permission to contact the customers whose inquiries they route to RepairBot. Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe and can be canceled at any time, effective at the end of the billing period.

Acceptable use

Do not use RepairBot to send spam, make unlawful calls, submit false information, or interfere with the service.

Disclaimers

RepairBot is provided "as is." AI-generated messages and calls may occasionally contain errors. We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, RepairBot is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for any repair performed by a shop. Our total liability is limited to the amount the shop paid us in the prior three months.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms and will post changes on this page. We may suspend accounts that violate them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
